METASYSTEME is a global results-oriented and systemic executive coaching, team coaching and organizational coaching network radically dedicated to increasing your measurable successes through breakthrough systemic strategies.
To serve this objective, the Metasysteme network provides systemic executive coaching, team coaching, and organizational coaching, consulting and training professionals for individual and corporate clients in Continental Europe (and Eastern Europe), the Americas, Africa ,the far East and the Middle East.
Over the past thirty-five years and all over the world, our systemic executive coaching competencies have been focused on exponentially developing our client’s life, executive team and organizational sustainable results.
Originating in France, with a second strong base in Eastern Europe in Bucharest, Romania, Metasysteme Coaching was created and inspired by Alain Cardon MCC, (Master Certified Coach of the ICF, International Coach Federation).
Metasysteme Coaching Middle East and Africa (MEA) was established in May 2020 by Rares Manolescu (Master Trainer and Business Partner) & Rula Husseini (Systemic Coach & Business Partner) to expand the reach of Metasysteme Coaching global network and to attract and develop an outstanding community of systemic coaches within the MEA region.
The MEA region includes Gulf Council Countries (GCC), Levant Region & Africa.
There are many different and complementary systemic coaching approaches emerging on the international market. Metasysteme-Coaching has been developing its particular approach first as a consulting firm in the 1980s and within the International Coach Federation’s frame of reference since 2002.
All our programs are accredited by the ICF and qualifies its practitioners to apply and upgrade their ICF accreditation immediately upon completion of the program.

The International Coach Federation offers a certification process for coaches. This certification serves to validate individual training, experience and competency in individual, executive, team and organizational coaching fields, no matter the candidate’s approach or initial training.

For potential executive, team or organizational coaching clients, the International Coach Federation proposes high ethical and professional guarantees.

The International Coach Federation also validates coach-specific training programs such as the ACSTH program offered by Metasysteme and presented on this website. This validation is also a guarantee that the programs deliver the quality expected on an international level;

For all member or non-member coaches, the International Coach Federation also organizes yearly international and regional conferences that facilitate professional networking and help keep in touch with the profession’s evolution.
